Refleksi dan Resolusi 2013

Mungkin agak sedikit telat untuk set resolusi di tahun 2013 setelah tiga bulan udah berlalu. Tapi daripada tidak :)

Sebelumnya saya mau refleksi diri dulu dengan apa yang sudah saya lalui di 2012. Saya dulu pernah tulis resolusi 2012 saya di sini. 

Pencapaian yang paling besar adalah saya berhasil untuk lanjut sekolah S2. Jurusan yang saya ambil pun sesuai yang saya mau, Master in Engineering Management (MEM). Pertama kali denger pasti orang akan bertanya itu jurusan tentang apa. Itu sebenarnya sama dengan Master Management. Tapi ada mata kuliah pilihan yang tentang engineer yang bisa kita ambil sesuai dengan displin ilmu kita. Maksud dari program ini adalah diperuntukkan untuk engineer-engineer yang masuk ke dalam dunia kerja. Seringkali mereka hanya berbekal ilmu teknikal, tapi ketika masuk ke dalam organisasi / management, pengetahuan mereka akan management itu ga ada. Padahal untuk bisa naik jabatan, sedikit-banyak mereka harus tau apa itu management.

Malaysia, Truly Globe

So, I have been staying in Malaysia since February 2012. I really really enjoy staying here. In fact, I still dont get it on how to speak their local language (bahasa melayu) until now. If I am allowed to do excusing, this is because I have no many local friends (melayu). If i have any, they are my classmates and most of them are working people, so they more prefer to use english as daily conversation.

Basically, there are three races in Malaysia: melayu, chinese, and india. There's no majority because for me each race population is balance. What's interestng the most is, i'm surrounded by people not only from these three major, but also from middle east, like saudi, yaman; iraq, iran, syria, khazak, uzbek, bangladesh, pakistan, nigeria, etc.

Ok, i admit that we're lack of american or europian in here, but for me this situation is enough to represent the four corner of our globe.

Sooo.... Visit Malaysia, the truly Globe :)

WHooaa... Its been more than one year i had no log in, read and write any single post to this blog.

Well, eventually i resigned from my job to pursue my post graduate study. sooo here i am.. in Malaysia. already in half way to complete my study.

No Pain, No Gain

Huaah. its been a while since the last time i wrote on my blog. I'm still me, not have any changes, except for my status. Yeah i (finally) got a job and i've been worked for 3 months as a consultant.

Call me a cliche, but the career world is totally different, a brand new world. A complex relationship between you and your boss, you and your staff (well i didnt have any :p), you and your client,and surely you and your closed people. How do you manage and solve your work ontime while you're having another personal problem.
